Returns

We offer a 30-day return window, starting from the date you receive your order. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging. You'll need your order number or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at setluneapparel@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. If approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Please do not send items back without requesting a return first — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damages and Defects

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at setluneapparel@gmail.com. Include photos of the issue and your order number so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges

We don't do direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, return your original item and place a new order for the one you want.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at setluneapparel@gmail.com.
