Shipping destinations
We currently ship to: United States only
Our products are sourced and shipped from international partner warehouses, primarily located in China. This is reflected in our 7-business-day processing window, which accounts for fulfillment handling before your order enters the carrier network. Once shipped, US delivery typically takes an additional 7-15 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Order processing time (7-day policy)
All orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Processing time includes order verification, packing, and handing the package off to the carrier.

Orders placed on weekends/holidays begin processing the next business day.

During high-volume periods (launches, holidays), processing may take the full 7 business days.
Shipping time (after shipment)
Once your order ships, delivery time depends on the carrier and your location. At checkout, you’ll see an estimated delivery date based on your address and the shipping method selected.
Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method selected.
Any free-shipping promotions will be shown automatically at checkout.
Tracking your order
When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking typically updates within 24–48 hours after the label is created.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for additional reshipping fees.

Lost, stolen, or delayed packages
Carrier delays can happen. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive the package, check with household members/neighbors and contact the carrier first. If you still need help, contact us at setluneapparel@gmail.com with your order number.
